We are pleased to inform you that following the acquisition by Norinvest Holding SA of 100% of the share capital of Banque de Patrimoines Privés Genève BPG SA, including its branch in Zurich and its Bahamian subsidiary, our Bank merged with Banque Cramer & Cie SA on January 1st, 2010.
Banque Cramer & Cie SA is a Swiss Bank and has been specialised, for many years, in Private Banking and on wealth management services to private clients offering them tailor made private banking services with a wide range of products.
